The following options are based on the customer having Genesys 4.0 running on UniBasic 5.4 or newer and SCO version 5 or newer. Additional charges will be incurred if older versions are being used.

-New Genesys license fees: 40% off list price
-Conversions (labor fees): 15% off regular price
6.Preventative Software Maintenance Service:
-Standard bug fixes added
-Four Hours training on site each quarter (LA & Orange County)
-Programmer system evaluation & checklist quarterly
-Unibasic upgrades at cost
Option II - Yearly Time & Material Plan
Yearly Subscription Fee: *
For Services as needed:
All Programming Services: $105 per hour
All Training Services: $105 per hour
No Minimum Charge
Charges are billed in increments of .10 of an hour and billed weekly
Flat Travel Fee: $150 per trip
Option III - Strictly Billable
For any Service as needed: $145 per hour
Minimum Charge: $145
Flat Travel Fee: $150 per trip

Additional Information:
Regular Business Hours: 8am to 5pm (Pacific Time)
After hours & Weekends are billed at the Time and a Half rate, and must be prearranged.
Additional Charges for the following:
(a) Older versions of IMS Basic running Genesys are no longer supported by IMS and Point 4 cannot provide solutions to some problems.
(b) Xenix is no longer supported by SCO Unix and problems related to Xenix may not be solvable.
